I met with Dr. Zara about 2 months ago because I was experiencing tremendous pain in my neck and back that made my limited mobility (due to a rare muscle disease) intolerable and worse. As I reviewed my complex medical history with him that consists of a few rare autoimmune diseases and some other health issues, we discovered that my neck and back problems was a totally separate issue that contributed to my overall aches and pains. After just one visit, I saw a huge improvement so I continued to visit him weekly (eventually monthly) until my pain was resolved.
