I met with Dr. Zara about 2 months ago because I was experiencing tremendous pain in my neck and back that made my limited mobility (due to a rare muscle disease) intolerable and worse. As I reviewed my complex medical history with him that consists of a few rare autoimmune diseases and some other health issues, we discovered that my neck and back problems was a totally separate issue that contributed to my overall aches and pains. From the first visit, he went straight to work, and put me on this Cox table and started doing his fancy work of spinal manipulation to alleviate the pain in my neck and lower back.
