Friendly and very knowledgeable. The owners take the time to really figure out what you need for your pool. They don't just make a sale & rush you out the door. I am so happy to have found them & wouldn't buy my stuff anywhere else.

My initial communication with Tri-State was thru email & i have to say their responses were ALWAYS IMMEDIATE. They came out this past Tuesday (7/18) to check on our pool heater. It was leaking water from someplace & failing to ignite. The crew came in & knew what was wrong with it immediately (as did we). The whole heater had to be replaced. Today is Friday (7/21) & they arrived at 8:30am with the new heater! 45 minutes later & it was installed & COMPLETE. He knocked on our door, told us about using this new upgraded heater & that they will send us a bill in a couple of days. This company is AMAZING.
