“We hired Hogan Homes to renovate our lake home. It was not an ordinary renovation, inasmuch as the whole house had to be lifted three courses, install a staircase, reconnect all the plumbing and electric (that had also been severed as the house was lifted), create two new bedrooms, family room and bathroom…and make the whole house look like it was originally built that way. Not an easy task. Oh…and he did it through the beginning throes of Covid. Ben was amazing to work with. Confident, honest, fair and trustworthy.
