Stefanos and the team in the office (Stephanie and Emily) were very attentive during every step of the process. The crew did a great job with the roof, soffit, gutter and trim installation.
I highly recommend Professional Grade! We had ice dams on our roof this winter that caused damage to our ceiling, and they made the whole repair process so much easier than we expected. They replaced the ceiling drywall and insulation, painted the entire room, and installed new carpet and tile.
We had already received a payout from our insurance company, but Stephanie worked directly with our claims adjuster when the scope of work increased and was able to get all of the additional repairs fully covered. She really took the stress out of dealing with insurance.
