I have had two reiki sessions here with Toni Ann, and I am always happy when I walk into the Salt Cave. The staff are so friendly and helpful with whatever you're looking for. I have bought beautiful crystal bracelets here, and I hope to try the cryotherapy sometime soon. Marcy, the owner is such an empowering presence ❤️
Absolutely amazing experience. The guided meditation in the salt cave was just what I needed. I'm sorry I didn't get thr 2 womans names that were there, but they were so nice! I will be back for more.
I went in the salt cave today. I must say, it was a very therapeutic yet, hypnotic experience. In terms of being a source for decreasing inflammation, I did experience my left nostril became significantly less congested. Being I had surgery on my nose to correct this in 2019 and the problem still didn’t entirely resolve, I was impressed the salt cave became of significant help, which is a rave! Overall, I had a wonderful experience. The staff were very informative, accommodating and kind. I intend to go back again, as it’s highly beneficial for both physical and mental health.
