As far as my facial goes it is the best treatment. Diane is the best at this profession. My problem is with front desk. I went in last week and asked to purchase a night cream. A very young girl said she had what I needed. Come to find out what she sold me needs to be used with a moisturizer and not every night And the product I was sold would dry out my skin. So she knows nothing about the products Secondly when i was done we were trying to get the manager at front desk attention for me to buy the correct serum and she was too busy chatting away about vacations and nothing pertaining to to the spa. So I just left. Nothing being said like wait I'll be right with you nothing. Certainly poor customer skills Only reason I'm continuing to go here is because I love Diane Another bad experience around Christmas time but a different story

Natalie is a great esthetician and I highly recommend her. I always feel comfortable, cared for, and truly listened to. She takes the time to understand my skin concerns and explained every step of the process, depending on what kind of facial I'm getting. The whole experience is always relaxing. I originally booked a peel. However, based on conversation with Layelle and taking into consideration my specific skin needs, I was able to modify to a different service. Layelle was knowledgeable and helpful. She explained the process during the treatment and was friendly and professional
