The studio is clean, and the service is super clean. Krystal is really nice, super comforting, and professional. She makes clients feel comfortable, explains everything step by step, and her technique is unmatched. The waxing experience is quick, less painful than expected, and thorough. Clients leave feeling confident and smooth. Whether it is a first wax in a long time or a first eyebrow lamination, everything is explained and updated step by step. Highly recommended.

Krystal, the proprietor of Luminuxe is simply amazing! She's caring and very professional. I saw her large laminated business cards at my personal trainer's gym. I called and a friendly voice greeted me and made an appointment without hassle. I went in for brow wax and tint, lash extensions and Brazilian wax. Luminuxe is easily found in the Uncle Giuseppe and PJ cinema mall in Pt. Jefferson Station. i've been going to Krystal for my lashes and waxing for about a year and a half now, and I can honestly say she is amazing at what she does. i've had both services done by her so many times, and she is always consistent with her work. she takes pride in what she does and puts a lot of time and effort into making sure everything always comes out perfect. my lashes always come out so beautiful and I always get compliments on them. she's also amazing when it comes to waxing. she's very careful, takes her time, and makes sure you’re comfortable throughout the entire appointment. and she also pays attention to the little details instead of just rushing through the service....read full review
Krystal is very welcoming and knowledgeable when it comes to her craft. I have gotten my eyebrows down with her and I swear the hair just doesn’t grow back.. The wax she uses is life changing. She also is so flexible/ accommodating when it comes to booking, which is something I appreciate very much. I look forward to using her for years to come and highly reccomend to anyone looking for 5 star service !!
