We recently purchased a Grand Piano from Costa Piano Shoppes and I cannot say enough good things about Michael and Suzanne Costa, the owners. After searching online and visiting all the piano stores on long island we decided to purchase the perfect piano from them. From the first time I met with them it was apparent they were very knowledgeable and interested in making sure that we purchased the correct piano for our family's needs at the budget we could afford. There was no high pressure sales tactics at all. I would highly recommend to anyone even thinking about purchasing a new or used piano to stop by there before you make a decision.

I had such a wonderful experience with Suzanne and the entire Costa team. Suzanne helped me choose the right piano for me, gave me an opportunity to try everything out, and guided me in the right direction. She and her team expertly tuned and shined the piano, helped with delivery, and made sure everything went smoothly. It was a wonderful experience all around!

Taught for 5-6 years. They helped me start my career in music education, and have always been completely honest in advice about quality, price and services. Great family owned and operated business, been around for decades. I bought my Brodman from them, and they'll be the sole servicers of it for as long as I can have them. I 110% trust them with my piano. Great family, quality services and fair, reasonable, educated pricing. I wouldn't trust anyone else other than Mike and Sue with my tunings or services.
