Inspector Lott was wonderful. Was able to get us in quickly, and was so informative. When discussing the inspection he broke down the information in a way which I could understand and took the time to show me where in the home any emergency shut offs were located for future needs.I have full confidence in the integrity of our new home after such a thorough inspection.
