Absolutely the right decision in selecting Sam Lott to do the inspection on the 100 year old home we are purchasing. Sam was very informative and thorough; he spent significant time examining the outside structure, all of the inside, and even the crawl space where he discovered a plumbing leak from the above bathroom. At the conclusion of the the inspection, we were confident in knowing the condition of the home. The next day, we were provided with a detailed report which included photos, reminding us of all that Sam had discussed with us. We highly recommend Sam Lott!
