All I can say is Wow! Sebastian and his team went above and beyond our expectations. Our wood floors have a new life to them. I called Floors By Liwaya after my contractor who was remodling my house said he was not confident in refinishing the hardwood floors which were in horrible shape. I called Liwaya and the owners came on time to give me an estimate.They did not make a big deal of the scrapes and gouges and said they could make the floors look new again. Their price based on my research seemed fair and 3 days later as promised my original floors looked as good as new with no mess left behind.Anyone who has seen the floors-including my contractor has been totally impressed.
