The staff is very nice and attentive, didn't wait more than 10 mins to be seen. The girls are very thorough. The doctor is spectacular. Have to have procedure done, they were ready to make appt today. Very impressed with office, comfy but professional and very clean
Dr. Kern is always great. And I like that she will take the time to listen to you. Great checkup. And the staff is nice and helpful. Well, almost everyone ☺ The lady that takes your eye test and measurements before seeing the doctor is kinda gruff. I think it’s just her way. She’s not mean or anything, just kinda gruff. I’ve always thought that. Even though I haven’t been back for a year, this was my yearly checkup, she is still gruff. 😊
Great experience! Everyone we saw was very professional and personable and answered all of our questions very thoroughly. My mother is doing very well on the treatment Dr. Gelman has recommended and is administering.
