Serena, Mike, Elena and the whole team are amazing. So grateful for the time and care they put into every appointment. Hopefully I won’t need PT again, but if I do, I’ll go back to StarPro - no question.

It was a pleasure coming in for sessions with Cassandra. She listened to my concerns when I was worried about the recovery journey, and I learned tons about how I can keep myself healthy thanks to her.
She was also receptive to my needs and made sure to continuously tailor my regimen in a way that made progression come easy, no matter what I was up to in life.
Heaven forbid I need PT again, but I wouldnt mind it at all if I did it with Cassandra, can't recommend her enough!

Post cervical disc replacement spine surgery, I came to Spear and Cassandra (aka C.C.) took fantastic care of me. I couldn't turn my head and my arm, shoulder and hand, I had to retrain with the stretches and exercises she customed tailored. I cried a lot but the support I got, priceless! My recovery was very smooth with her help and getting back to work and normal life, after not being able to use my right arm for several months until I had the spine surgery and came to Spear. She is family, Spear team is family. Today my surgeon says I have better neck mobility than he does! ;-)
