These guys are professionals. This is not a hobby for them. After my email inquiry, Perry came by a few days later and provided an estimate before he left. My roof is large, so he sent two teams and with an early start, they finished all of it in one day. There were 30 guys on my roof and 10 helping on the ground. It was impressive! The project lead Sean answered all of my questions and was very communicative during the day. They did everything they said they would do including a thorough clean up. I highly recommend them!

If I had known how easy the process was going to be, I would have replaced our roof a couple years earlier!
Perry's made the entire process simple. Of the three contractors we contacted for estimates, Perry's was the first to visit our house, the first to provide an estimate, and they also came in with the most competitive price for the job. They completed the roof replacement in a single day, as promised, including replacement of a rusting chimney cap, repair of gaps under the cap that were letting water in, and replacement of degraded fascia covers.
