I am surprised by the comments on here because we had an opposite experience with Donna and Central Appliance through our home warranty! It was the home warranty company delaying the ordering of parts, and Donna repeatedly followed up with them to resolve. We are so grateful for the completion of the repair and a job well done. They were also the only repair company to identify what was wrong with our BlueStar refrigerator after another repair company made a repair that did not work. Thank you so much, Donna!

Not sure why the negative reviews. These folks were very professional and skilled - they came to my house a few times over the course of a month and were always prompt and knew exactly what they were doing
