The end product was fine, but not ideal. Other professionals have to be hired to complete the job so be prepared for that. Many delays in getting the work done. After the job was complete I was informed by other HVAC contractors that the unit installed was not a good name unit and could have been installed for between 1/3 and 1/2 of the price I ended up paying. My opinion is either they took advantage of us or that they overcharge for what they do and I am leaning towards took advantage. My advice is please shop around and if the price seems too high, you are probably right.Service: Heating system installation
