I called them because my heater sounded strange. They had Jim to my house in less than a half hour. He found my natural gas furnace was very dangerous and I could have had a fire or carbon monoxide danger if they had not came out. I have been a customer of theirs for over 21 years. They have also installed and serviced my two natural gas fire place. That one that is is now heating my house until the new furnace is installed by them on Tuesday. Doug showed up, listened to me and knew exactly what was wrong. He had the part with him in his truck. He fixed it in less than half an hour. Friendly, fast and easy to deal with. I've used them before and I'll use them next time too. Super company to do business with. Highly recommend them for your repairs or projects.
