Excellent cleaning and pressing. The staff are very helpful and friendly. I never had to wait, and my items were always ready when promised. I have tried some other dry-cleaning places in Plattsburgh. None of them come even close to Phil's as far as quality, efficiency, and professionalism are concerned. VERY friendly people.
