They asked us to put our name on their list (would not take reservations when I called the day before). We returned after almost 3 hours (they never called us). Had us sit down, then ignored us for 15 minutes. The older male was VERY rough with my Daughter. We had to have him fix two nails that only had polish on half of the nails. He gave us attitude to repair.Had us sit for pedicures, then took in three more guests before starting. I finally spoke up and asked if he was going to finish us before he started them, he rudely said yea yea and checked them in. Their customer structure is all screwed up now. They use to be able to do walk ins easily. Most times there are only 2 staff members available. So you have a better chance making a appointment than a walk in

At first I was so excited to get my nails done and I got them done Sunday. I ended up paying $80 for sharp stilletos with a black matte polish. It's hasn't even been a week and the acrylics are starting to lift up
