I have a large lock box that the key broke off in the lock. I called them and the woman I spoke to told me I could walk in and they would take a look and see what they could do. I immediately went down and it took about 10 minutes to get the broken key out and they charged me a very reasonable fee. If They were this helpful and courteous with this small task, then I feel that any of their safe installations and/or security installations would be completed with equal quality, attention detail, and efficiency.

Called first as this used to be Mac's and it is in same location on Cornelia St. Am pleased to see the business is still here and service is excellent. Stopped by to have keys made. This is the best place in town for keys. Quick and nice.

We've used Mac's Safe & Lock several times to fix jammed doors at our office. They are always kind, courteous and professional and they quickly fix/repair the issues. We highly recommend them!
