I have a somewhat complicated return, which other tax services generally took 2-4 weeks to prepare. This is the first time I used JH, and my tax return was done in two days. The entire staff was very friendly, and our tax preparer Christine was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. She made the entire process very easy for me this year.

Filed my own returns for many years, and Jackson Hewitt tax pro figured out that I've been doing my returns wrong, because of shamefully-bad info online from the Infernal Revenue Service and the NY Tax Dept. I expected to owe over $3,000 for this year, but thanks to the tax expert at JH, I'm getting a refund! They also offered to check my past returns FREE, and file amended returns for me for a very reasonable fee, and then I'll be getting back close to $5,000 for taxes that I paid, but didn't owe. I'll be back next year!

Lisa and the ladies were tremendously helpful. I had used them before, thought maybe a cheaper job could be done with the apps and took nearly a year to resolve issues of said apps... Could not have done it with out Thier help. Outstanding service outstanding people 12/10 recommend
