Schaefer 's Ace Hardware in Plainview is a very friendly and professionally run business. The staff is always there to provide excellent help with anything you need. Their customer-centric approach is clear from the moment you walk into the store. This all starts from the top down. Tom, the store manager, makes sure that his entire staff provides the highest service to ensure customer satisfaction. Good work Tom and the entire staff at Schaefer’s Ace Hardware. My husband and I called the store looking for a product that was unavailable in the Ace hardware store near us. Fortunately for us, they had it in stock and were able to put it aside. When we arrived we were pleasantly greeted by several employees. When we mentioned that we were there to pick up our order, they had it ready and waiting for us at the counter. It was such a pleasure shop in a store where the employees are friendly and helpful.That is a rarity these days.I wish this store was closer to us.

I was looking for clippers and went to an Ace store and they weren’t helpful at all.I decided to go to Ace in Plainview. As I entered the store, someone was waiting to help me. We couldn’t find the item but he enlisted others in the search. At one point there were 2 guys, 2 cashiers and then a supervisor got involved.5 people in total helping me to find the item!!!Since it couldn’t be found, they placed an order.Boy am I thankful and now they earned a customer for life. Thank you, Ace. You are really living up to your name!
