Grainger Industrial Supply

I picked up an order here that was for some facility supplies. Didn’t bother counting the units in the carton, but since I was getting the supplies for my client I was going to have to check the carton and make sure it was what the invoice is supposed to be for. Sum up was missing one unit out of the entire pack. They couldn’t reimburse me for one unit for some reason and they couldn’t give my account a credit in the amount of that one unit they short me. So I ended up returning it and having funds sent back to my card. Very disappointed about the handling of the order and reimbursing process. Just don’t make sense. They have a variety of different tools and parts that are necessary. Today I game to get a gas valve. The people in the store have patience to help you with anything. They are well trained and the store is very clean. From all the stores I visited this is the best customer service there is. They have dewalt tools and many other brands. I am really thankful to be able to find an amazing store such as Grainger. I recommend it to anyone. Everyone is welcomed.

Gene in the Huntington NY location helped me to solve what I thought was an unsolvable problem. He was so helpful and tenacious in coming up with possible solutions for me. Really appreciate it!
