My wife and I decided it was time for a home renovation. We had reached out to 4-5 different Builders. Everyone one we spoke to on the phone seemed too “busy” for our business or didn’t think we were “real”. Until we meet Gary Z from Ambassador Home and Improvement. Not only did Gary come to our house a day after we called his office. He actually completed 2 houses on our block where we could see first hand how amazing him and his companies work actually is. Kitchen renovation started with Dan as our designer. Planned out a very beautiful modern, sleek kitchen with higher end appliances and finishes. Ryan was our Project Manage., All stages, from planning to demo, to Reno with plumbing, electrical, etc, were executed professionally. We are extremely happy with the finished product.7-7-23, had a small issue with a kitchen cabinet resolved. Sal Vines, and the rest of the team responded quickly to our needs, even though our kitchen renovation took place last Fall. These guys are fantastic.Service: Remodeling

We decided to gut renovate our LI home (inside and out) as well as add a dormer before Covid. Knowing this was a huge decision we sat on our plans for a while. We decided to move forward and reached out to many contractors. Some never responded or followed up and others were less than enthusiastic to take on our job. When I was researching online, I came across Ambassador, sent an email to Gary and literally the next day he was at our home going through our plans with great suggestions. Deciding to sign on with Ambassador was the best decision. We were assigned Ryan Monzert as our project manager and he was the best! He was very responsive. Anytime we had an issue or needed to ask a question he ALWAYS answered or got back to us right away. He expedited our job and was always there to check on the work to make sure things were going smoothly. A few other mentions are definitely in order: Kenny, their mason guy is THE BEST; Dan Motts, their designer, was extremely helpful with some of our projects. I would definitely recommend them!
