So this may be one of the last great companies left in the world. In a time where customer support has gone the way of the dinosaur, this company was right there when I needed support. No this is not a fake or AI review. This is a genuine story of a company standing behind their product. Here is my story. I hired these guys to do the floor in my wood shop, down in my basement. While the job looked great Initially, over time, I started to see a problem. There were patches on the floor that were rough and that made it difficult to sweep and mop. Over time, these areas became dark and stained, drastically changing the look of the floor. I think the original installers were thinking, since this is a potentially hazardous place, we need to make it so that it 's not slippery. It was a good thought but it didn't work in terms of what I was trying to achieve down there for cleanliness and upkeep. Anyway, I was referred to Amber, the owner who was very concerned about the job even though she had purchased the company after my job had been completed. She then referred me to Josh as the project manager who came out to look, then sent Ray and Sean to grind down the job, reflake it and put a thick layer of smooth epoxy over the top. These fuys were geart! In short they did a fantastic job, and even hung plastic to protect the contents of the shop from dust. You just don't see think level of customer support anymore sadly. You truly learn the most about a company and their philosophy when you have a problem. The Garage Makeover Co. knocked it out of the park. I wish them continued success and would refer them without reservation. 5 stars

These guys rock! I must say that they are professional from the start. They were patient while I made the color decisions and kept me in the loop when ordering my materials. Performed the work while I was at work and left the place spotless. This is the company you want to do business with if you need an epoxy floor. Sean had the job finished quickly. Thanks a million!

The project was exceptionally well handled everything from design to installation. And the products they use, the slat system, the lighting, the workbench, etc. art of a very high-quality. I could not be happier. I finally have a place to store all of my yard equipment and there’s enough light so that I can see it.

I really needed to reclaim my garage and these guys made it happen. This was the Webster office just FYI. Great work and as you can see transformative. 4 stars only because I sometimes needed to reach out to get info on times they would be showing up etc. Amber was always very responsive and got things done. Very impressed.

Sean and Rey did a great job over 3 days! They were meticulous in their clean up each day and as someone who shopped around quite a bit I could not be more happy with my choice. Amber in the office was also so helpful finding dates that worked and she even allowed to me reschedule when I had an issue being ready on time.
I would recommend them to EVERYONE!

Josh and Mike did our new garage floor. It turned out beautiful. We initially had a minor problem but they went above and beyound to take care of it.
