I love Pittsford Family Dental! The hygienists are always super knowledgeable about everything related to dental hygiene. They’re so gentle and I’ve never felt like they were hurting me. 10/10, amazing experience!

I had been a patient for nearly 20 years and they lost my residual business over a $50 missed appt that they were unwilling to waive. Doesn’t make a whole lot of sense to me. Receptionist was infuriating and acted like she RAN the practice. She continued to argue me over asking for a little grace over the fee stating that I had a fee that was waived in 2008/9…15-16 years prior, unbelievable. LADY you work the front desk you don’t provide the services, relax it’s $50 I think they would have been fine, this practice makes millions. The practice has clearly gone downhill in terms of service over the years.
