Sadaf is a very skilled stylist, and she is very kind! She exceeded my expectations and I couldn’t be happier with how my hair and eyebrows came out. Her salon was decorated really cute too. She was very easy to talk to and her prices were reasonable. I will definitely be back again!

Sadaf was really sweet, very personable and kind. Her prices are very reasonable. However, when I asked her for very specific things she became visibly overwhelmed.. I appreciated her time, but will not be going back. She could not confidently accomplish the things I asked for and I left very dissatisfied and honestly looking worse than when I walked into the salon. I do not normally write reviews, especially negative ones, but I am still reeling from this haircut and Ive had time to adjust.. I even showed her photo references, several, and even asked if she could perform what I was looking for and she assured me she could. Now I have to look for another place who will fix this haircut for me, if they can..

I couldn’t agree more that some self reflection on not only how you communicate with your customers, but your skills as well is something you should consider seriously, given my experience with you.
You speak of striving to carefully curate a haircut that suits every customers life style, textures, etc but you never had that conversation with me, not even remotely. So clearly you’re inconsistent.

I’d also like to clarify a few things here;

I prefaced our appointment by mentioning I would be a “pain in your butt because I am particular”. To which you responded by saying “me too honey, no problem”. Never did I say I was a “hairdressers nightmare.”

Also, I walked into your salon with shoulder length hair, and the photo reference I provided was of a woman with hair that was roughly 3 inch’s longer than shoulder length. I have only ever been to top end salons for my hair, and always walked in with several photo references for a look I was hoping to achieve. A hair stylist is an artist and they are trained to take a vision from their client, and use their expertise to turn that vision into something beautiful and realistic since every client has different hair textures, lengths, density, etc.

You obviously can’t even do that.

Furthermore, I know a good haircut from a bad one. I have had beautiful haircuts and some not so great, but this one is the worst I’ve ever had. Hence my urge to leave you a review in the first place. The only reason I went to your salon was in with hopes of saving money since the places I normally go to are quite expensive, and that was the biggest mistake I could have made. Now I will need to spend even more to have this haircut repaired.

One more thing,
Everyone is entitled to share their personal experiences, and I am no different. My review was honest and was not in any way an attack on your character. It was a review of your skills.
So I must say, it is incredibly unacceptable and inappropriate for a business owner to call a customer 7 times at the wee hours to get them to change their honest review. That speaks volumes.

Thank you Sadaf, for doing what you can to rectify my experience I do appreciate it. I’ve updated my star rating as well for Sadaf going above to turn this sour experience into a sweeter one. Again, none of this has to do with your character, I think you’re a very kind person, and I wish you all the best.

So happy to have a salon so close to me that offers superior services and products, in a welcoming setting. I had the Olaplex treatment and couldn’t be happier with how healthy my curly, typically dry and brittle hair feels now. Sadaf is amazing and a lovely lady who clearly takes great pride in her expertise and in making her clients feel comfortable. Can’t wait to visit Beauty Remedy Salon again!

Sadaf is extremely attentive, authentic, and friendly soul. Overall, she’s an extremely talented hairstylist, with an eye for what works and demonstrates this in her skills and results. I absolutely love the color she recommended and gave me, as well as the cut. It’s something I wasn’t getting with previous stylists. I will definitely will return to Sadaf! So so so happy with the results!
Honestly unlike anyone I’ve seen! I strongly recommend her as a hairstylist. You’ll be so happy you did! The price is RIGHT (amazing) EVERYTHING you get!!!! Seriously affordable and less than what I’ve experienced

I booked last minute when I was in the neighborhood and I’m so glad I found this salon! Sadaf went above and beyond to make my brows perfect. They’re the best I’ve had! I will be back.
