I stopped by to get a bouquet for my wife, who was in the recovery room at Northern Dutchess hospital. The woman who helped me (the owner?) was super nice. We had a great conversation as she expertly assembled an arrangement for me. The flowers were beautiful and so fresh, they graced our home for the next week.
Called near the end of the day and left a message with the shop, voice message states their days of operation and they may be busy with another customer or out on a delivery. Melissa, called me back the next day and helped me with my arrangement. Melissa was friendly and patient. Besides asking for what I was looking for, I was hoping to get a plantable arrangement delivered to my partner as a surprise, she also asked what my price point was. The arrangement was delivered successfully as a surprise and my partner loved it. Thanks!
