My A/C stopped working last night and I had an important interview today. Was totally stressing because my 89 yo Mom has COPD and as it was getting warmer and more humid in the house, her breathing was becoming more labored. I got Van Grol’s number from a friend and called them from the parking lot of my interview. Was called back in seconds and 90 minutes later a knowledgeable, polite and pleasant man was at our door. He diagnosed and fixed the issue in minutes, then used the remainder of the service call time to check over the unit looking for potential problems. What started out as a horrible morning ended with me relaxing in our perfectly chilly living room and feeling pretty darn pleased with my decision to use Van Grol! My tiny little Mommy is complaining she’s too cold, but my full-figured self is super-duper happy!
To the rescue! Very responsive to emergency issues. Twice had to call in last few months. Once boiler, second A/C. Came both times within an hour even though it was after hours. Recommend!!
