William was very professional and knowledgeable. The whole process was very educational. It was nice having someone explain the pros and cons of the inspection. I would highly recommend him to others .

I called Strictly Septics after 5pm on a Friday 5 minutes later Chuck called me back. Our outlet pipe from our 1000 gallon tank had broken off and started causing a restriction. Chuck said if the first job was completed early they would over after. This was the next day a Saturday morning!! Sure enough they show up and start digging up the outlet pipe and find the break. They change the first section of pipe and sleeve it into the outlet and finished. Great crew, great people with very positive attitudes. They are absolutely the greatest to deal with.
