I have used Straight Up for years, and find that they are the most honest, professional, polite and caring people. Will is so patient and will answer and explain all questions you have, and He also explains in detail what He is doing. They are so reasonable, Trust Worthy, and always show up on time. I wouldn't trust anyone else to care for My AC/Heat, etc. Their #1.
Sam’s service was excellent. He arrived on time, was very knowledgeable and explained everything we needed to know. We would use Sam and Straight Up Plumbing & Heating again and we would also highly recommend their services to others.
My family and I have had many great experiences with Straight Up plumbing. They are always available in a timely manner and when they arrive they are informative of what needs to be done and why. Never been upsold or told I need anything that they couldn’t prove to me and explain. Extremely professional and polite service. We have used them over a dozen times and will continue to do so.
