Got our septic tank pumped, using this company for the first time. My mother raved about how nice and helpful Morris & Jesse were. They not only professionally accomplished what they came here to do but also took the time to hear out my Mom and her concerns & tried to assist with them. Although the issue had nothing to do with what she thought, Morris & Jesse spent a minute and offered advice. Thank you from me & my mother. Earned a costumer for life! Highly recommend this family run business; also kinda nice knowing some corporation isn't getting the money.

These guys have been reliably pumping our septic since we moved here in 2020. We have a very old set up with site built septic “tank” and seepage pit.
The first two companies didn’t even know what a seepage pit was, let alone if ours was safe.
Then we found Morris Cooper (now E Cooper) - and they’ve seen it all. Back then, it was Morris himself who assessed the system and explained it in depth.
Today , a younger family member - who has clearly learned from the best - did the pump and assured us with confidence the pit is still in good shape , old as it is (unfortunately the “tank” will need to be replaced... read full review

Suspected early Saturday morning we had a septic issue. Hank clearly explained what to expect and promptly came and saved our weekend. Prompt, courteous and professional. Fair prices. These folks have been in business for almost 80 years and you can see why.
