- Primo managed subcontractors needed to navigate sewer drains, fences, etc.
- Even after the last check was paid, Primo and Vincent came back to re-seed, clean up mulch, and educate us on how to maintain our new backyard.

“We are very happy about the work that AJR has been providing us. A part of our backyard did not get a lot of sunshine, and lawn was not growing. But, the head of the team gave some suggestions to make trench on the hilly part to catch rain water and have the tree service to cut some branches right above the area. The team put the top soil and seeds about 1 month ago, and now we see healthy lawn. Their service is so much different from our previous landscaper who ignored our back yards after the seeds were washed away after they put seeds. AJR team does touch work for the lawn. He planted this tree, at my request, and would not accept payment. He prunes and he fertilizes this tree and he looks out for it, too. If I suggest something to be done, he is agreeable and he will and does do it. Today, this tree is lush, vibrant, well fed and well tended. I cannot ask for more or for better. He will not accept any payment out of respect for my brother which I did not and do not expect. Yet, he continues to do everything..."Pro Bono"!
Also, if I were to die, prematurely, he would continue to tend this tree and this tree would continue to live.“
