ConnextCare Phoenix is a patient-centered health care practice providing Oswego and Northern Onondaga County residents with a variety of comprehensive health care and related services. The center is operated by ConnextCare, a private, federally funded non-profit organization governed by a volunteer Board of Directors. Patients praise the professional, kind, and compassionate staff, including the knowledgeable and thorough doctors. The office is known for its clean facilities, short waiting times, and excellent care, with patients traveling from as far as Oswego to receive treatment from the skilled providers.
originally my review gave 1 star, because the first time i’d ever seen them i called and said i need a ESA letter. they said i needed an appointment to get one. so i made an appointment, and went. i called the next day to ask when i could pick up the letter, they said they don’t do letters like that. waste of time.
over a year later, an update: i have gone to see faith multiple times for multiple issues and she’s been very helpful and willing to help me find specialists that take my insurance. they can usually get me in within the week which is always nice that they try to get me in asap. the front desk is always friendly and helpful.
I'm very happy with the care that I receive at the Phoenix office of ConnextCare. I previously saw Elaine Shaben, but since her retirement, I've been seeing her daughter Mary Shaben Smith. Both are excellent; I travel from Oswego to see them. The office staff is also very professional and pleasant.
I followed Mary Shaben from Pulaski. I’ve been pleased with her manner, the time she takes with me, the care I receive, and her thorough exams, tests, and follow-up. I also appreciate the short waiting time, the clean office and the text reminders. Thank you!
