“My friend sang Jaadin’s praises, so I booked an appointment. Jaadin works absolute magic! I have chronic pain and she always takes the time before each session to find out where to focus therapy to relieve pain. Right away, she told me to speak up if anything hurt or to let her know if something particular was helping. I felt immediately relaxed and then even more so when she was done. She offers hot stone massage, which is awesome, and, if you want her to, she will explain after the session which muscle groups and ligaments she is working on to address your pain. She will even provide suggestions of what you can do to relieve pain and improve mobility. I highly recommend Jaadin! I go regularly for pain management, relaxation, and to learn.
