“I went to Jaadin for the first time today. I was having a lot of upper and lower back pain, neck pain and occasional headaches which I don’t usually get. Jaadin gave me a deep massage, finding all knots and tightness. She asked me to tell her if the pressure was too much but I just breathed through some areas of soreness knowing it was better to get them loosened up. So glad I did. When I stood up after my massage I felt completely loosened and relaxed. Jaadin knows your body better then you do!
