“i woke up this morning to no heat. it was just because i ran out of fuel oil. thank goodness. (also totally my fault, because i just got a fill in december but due to the cold i went through it faster than i normally do)... well, i called Leroux Fuels and within an hour, someone was at my house filling it. the spot where you fill it up, was frozen so the guy who came had to get through all of the ice. he also had to go through some snow to get to the actual fill up outside. it was a pain!! the guy who came didn't complain just told me the issue but eventually figured it out. he was so nice to me, despite an adult woman crying and apologizing a bunch of times because i couldn't even tell him where the fill up was. he also made sure my furnace was running even though i said it was okay i would figure it out on my own. i said thank you a bunch and my 6 year old did as well. now we're back to warm! i can't say enough good about this guy or the company. prices are definitely high but i was able to get fuel today and pay over the phone with the office on monday. truly don't know what i would have done without them today! i'm so thankful and grateful.“

“I contacted RJ'S Plumbing & Heating after contacting several other local companies. Nobody was able to do anything for a few days,some of the companies never returned phone calls & some never even answered the phone. This was my first phone call ever to RJ's & it was after normal business hours around 7:45pm on a Friday Night. He(RJ) answered on the first ring I told him one of my properties in Plattsburgh was having issues with the sewage pump that flushes the toilet. He said he would be there in 40 minutes coming from Champlain. I was thoroughly impressed with his professionalism, pricing & quality workmanship. They also do electrical work & anything to with residential/commercial properties. I know now that my "GO-TO" guys are RJ's Plumbing & Heating. I
