I transferred here after years of having my symptoms brushed off or explained away without even doing so much as a physical exam. Immediately after transferring, Dr. Darby ordered bloodwork to get an idea of where things were at and ordered follow up testing once she reviewed the results. Dr. Darby was very helpful explaining the results to me and didn't dismiss it or try to scare me. She took the time to listen and do a little more digging. The recent (last few years) staff has been great. They've always been able to get me in immediately, if I've called with a problem, and are always friendly.
Also...Gayle Bigelow is the best. I've been through a lot, health-wise, in the last few years, and Gayle has been awesome. I never feel rushed, or that my concerns aren't being listened to.....she is very attentive, pro-active and kind. I trust her recommendations and advice.
She's honestly the best GP I've ever had, and again, the staff there has been great, too.
