Highly recommend. These guys came out on a Sunday, walked through knee deep snow to get to our well. They kept us informed of what they were doing the entire time. Very knowledgeable and in my opinion, trustworthy.

Ferris Pumps put in a new well pump for us on 12/18/25. They were very responsive to our initial call for help in the morning, and very efficient; we had a new well pump installed by early afternoon. On Christmas morning, we woke to no water after our softener system had flushed. Chuck responded within 5 minutes of our call, and interrupted his holiday trip to come fix the problem, which turned out to be an electrical problem. He diagnosed the problem, fixed it and we again had running water. They are personable, courteous, efficient, prepared and stand behind their work.
