4 Stars for Finger Lakes Power Systems (FLPS) and their service tech, Brad. FLPS contacted me ahead of time to let me know a tech was on the way. A name and picture was provided and ETA. When Brad arrived he knocked on the door to introduce himself and to let me know what he would be doing. Following service, Brad let me know the outcome of the service. Brad was personable and professional. I take comfort in knowing my generator is being taken care of by such a competent technician.
