It is with great sadness that I write this review. Up until last year, I would have given them 5 stars. They have plowed for me since 2019. However, in 2024, the plow went through my garage door. Accidents happen. That's what insurance is for. Eventually we settled with their insurance company and got a replacement since it could not be repaired. Plowing in 2025 was a nightmare. The driver would not begin his plowing unless he was a good 10 feet from the garage door. Ken, the owner, said that his driver was starting to plow 10 feet from the garage door since he was wary and afraid he would go through the door again.
