Excellent experience at The Body Blueprint! The Body Blueprint was recommended to me by Kristina, who is also an employee there as well as a friend, and I’m really glad I gave it a try. I took Suzette’s 5 AM strength and conditioning class, and it was a great welcome back after not doing CrossFit-style training for about two years. The environment was friendly, supportive, and not intimidating at all. I’d definitely recommend The Body Blueprint to anyone looking to start or restart their fitness journey.

The coaching staff is exceptional, not only do they guide you through effective workouts, but they also provide invaluable advice on nutrition to help you reach your goals.
