The owner could not be any nicer and she gives a GREAT haircut. I went in with long, straight hair and a picture of what I looked like three years ago with an entirely different short look. She nailed it! She's very sweet, honest and professional. Her shop is immaculate! And yes, she was ready for me when I got there for my appointment.
