After two unsuccessful calls to other companies, Dave was a magician and extracted a dead mouse from our walls. We can’t thank him enough for getting us in quickly, doing an excellent job and saving us weeks of bad smell. Highly recommend.
Now more than ever, customer service matters. You would be hard pressed to find another wildlife relocation business that could come close to Elite Wildlife Solutions. David is wonderful - he is professional and skilled yes - but he is also compassionate and has a love of animals. He relocates to serve his customers, but he does everything he can to save the lives of these animals if at all possible. That speaks volumes of the man's character. He also takes the time to teach the behavior of these animals and why this has happened and how to prevent it from happening again without breaking the bank. Working with David was a pleasure. There is NO one else I'd call for help.
We cannot say enough good things about Elite Wildlife Solutions and Dave, the owner! On a Sunday, my neighbor discovered a bat flying around her living room and her daughter's bedroom. They didn't know what to do so they waited 3 days before sharing their story. When I heard the story, I contacted Dave who immediately guided us to contact the Department of Health to begin the rabies vaccine process since both her and her daughter had been exposed a few days earlier. He literally stopped everything and was at their house within 20 minutes.
