First off I'd like to say these guys are very perfessional and punctual. I called on Sunday where I did get a response when they were closed. I made an appointment for the following day. He came by to inspect the area and property where immediately he knew where mice and rats where coming in. I have never had this issue where rats were coming into the house. But an old oil tank removed from the outside of my home was removed and holes were never sealed. He explained how they can travel thru the home and where they are getting thru inside. Omar was great! He came to my house straight away once I called and inspected my current termite treatment situation. He came back and serviced/rebated my termite stations and was very efficient. Very nice guy and would recommend.

I want to express my gratitude for Umer's brilliant work. I had a mice problem and Umer was able to eliminate my problem with such thoroughness and expertise. He is a true expert at this! He accommodated my schedule, listened to all my concerns, checked and filled every hole in the unit (he knew exactly the problem areas to target), set up traps in all the right places, and then followed up with me until all problems were eliminated. He knew exactly which methods work and which don't. He was honest, detailed, and I definitely recommend this company! Thank you for all you do!
