Lou from McNamara came to our home to repair our Mendota stove today. He arrived on time and was knowledgeable and professional. He repaired it in no time. We would recommend McNamara to anyone based on our experience.

Love the techs, they're friendly, knowledgeable and easy to deal with. The only thing I have an issue with is it's hard to get a hold of them on the phone sometimes and they only take check, CC (with service fee) and cash. Would love for these guys to take Venmo, Zelle and/or be billed later.

As always, McNamara’s was great. Mostly due to Lou and his expertise. He was prompt and efficient. You would never know he was here after clean up. He gave me some important tips and information. He knows his craft well. We, and our fireplace, are in good hands!
