McNamara Services did an excellent job repairing our chimney flue. Lou and Rob were outstanding—both were professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to clearly answer all of my questions throughout the process. I was especially impressed with how clean and organized they were. They made sure everything was neat while they worked and left the area spotless when they finished, which I really appreciated. Overall, a great experience from start to finish—I would definitely recommend McNamara Services.

McNamara services do exemplary work and put 100% and more into their projects. I recently had an issue after using them for over 20 years and they came over immediately. Even the general manager showed up and assisted in troubleshooting what the problem was, which ended up not being due to the HVAC system at all.. They went out of their way to help me with any questions I had and recommendations needed to get done what was needed which turned out to be something involving the roof. This is my second Unit with McNamara (my second Central air unit), and I highly recommend them. They are the Best and top notch in Rockland County.. i’d love to additionally add that Brandon, the Service manager, is extremely professional, kind, and very patient, especially with customers like me who can become overwhelmed and difficult, and went above and beyond what was needed to help me out.
