We had a dripping faucet with a 40 year old Chicago faucet and no plumbing experience. My husbandBrought in the inside works of the handle that was dripping and they immediately knew what to do,what to replace it with,and gave instructions on how to fix! Saved us several hundred dollars.
Very grateful to have found Kuhns. I brought a 20 year old faucet valve in today and Brian was able to quickly assess what was needed, actually made the final connection for me and wouldnt let me leave without first pressure testing the piece. It is rare to find people that enjoy what they do this much. Thank you Brian.
Twice now, the knowledge of the staff has saved me a bundle by avoiding the need to call a professional plumber. I don't know if the prices are higher or lower than a box store, but I don't have to drive around all day to find a part. They had what I needed every time.
