A family owned health club for over 30 years. Friendly, knowledgeable, and professional staff. A wide range of programs, equipment, healthy shake bar, and spotless locker rooms. Stop in, and you will see for yourself why they have been in business for over 30 years. Chip, Judy, and Tralee are awesome and are always ready to assist you in reaching your fitness goals.
(4 month analysis)Positives: Great gym, 24 hours, plenty of options, locker room is decent, sauna, most cardio stuff is upstairs which I love.Meh: No windows downstairs, not really a complaint but definitely varies depending on what you like.Downsides: sometimes very busy but never too busy. wish there were more cable fly/individual machine cables set up.Great gym tho and everyone is willing to help and push you!
Rejoined after quitting a couple years ago it's a great place good atmosphere equipment's always in good shape and nice people that work there would definitely recommend this gym especially for first time gym goers and the price is definitely I don't have any photos to post but it's very clean and they have a cleaning crew that comes in I believe once a day to sanitize the whole establishment
