Fantastic gym, has everything you need from sauna, cycling, aerobics room, boxing classes/jiu jutsu, and a true weightlifting section. I’ve been coming in the area over the last couple months using weekly or daily passes. The staff is incredible super friendly and flexible!! If your looking for a great workout in a location that’s no busy at all. Check these guys out.
Shoutout to the staff today in particular for being so accommodating and friendly! I didn’t get the name for the front desk but I was in around 8-10am.

Ive been a member here for a few years now. This Gym is a great place to go if you want to be surrounded by people who are all trying to better themselves. There is plenty of equipment to do numerous exercises and any kind of training style or programs you prefer. That goes for lifting and cardio. There are always personal trainers around ready to go if you are looking for a coach to get going or just switch things up. The 24/7 access is awesome it helps make for no EXCUSES. The hardest part about going to the gym is GOING but once you find yourself in World Gym Pawling you will be happy you made the right choice!
4.5/5 ⭐Wish they got different smith machines because the bar does not go down all the way. The one that does is a weighted bar so it’s hard to use for a hip thrust / RDL. Especially if ur a beginner. The hip thrust machine is not short people friendly. Also cable machines are old and a little bent up. I transferred from planet fitness and they do have better equipment there for the $15 monthly payment but it is what it is!! The place has a charm..and a dog 😉 I’m also seeing new benches which makes me happy, tells me they are starting to upgrade their equipment. Praying for new dumbbell rack LOL.
