i love there nails, honestly. I mostly like Anne: amazing and sweet. my only complain is there wait. even if i have an appointment i could be waiting over an hour, and be rushed out. I understand how overwhelming it could be and difficult and don’t want to seem like a complainer, it’s just if i’m willing to pay I think I deserve to be treated like it.

I think the young lady who did my nails did a great job in making my nails similar to the inspiration photo I showed her. The reason I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 is due to the lack of customer service. It was my first time going here and it was chaotic figuring out who would do my nails. Several people worked on my nails (filing, reshaping) and they all seemed in a hurry before the young lady who finished my nails (shaping & painting). I also was not a fan of the extra charge for them to “reshape” from square to oval. I think that $5 up charge is ridiculous, my usual salon does not charge for reshaping so I am not really positive this is normal in all salons or...read full review
